If you are concerned about the physical dimensions of logos or particular elements of your design, we strongly recommend building your artwork with our professional designer (charges applicable). Using this process ensures that your artwork is the right size. It will also help minimize artwork distortions that sometimes occur when attempting to resize your images within the Designs. In one week you have to finalize the complete design.
Colors –Standard Triumph Sportswear color pallet will be used.
Fonts – Provide fonts its self where applicable.
Embroidery Disks – If you require embroidery then an embroidery disk will be needed. If you do not possess the disk one can be made for you (surcharges may apply). For embroidery logo
There are 3 main ways to add a logo to your kit:
Embroidery
An embroidered logo is a traditional way of applying a logo.
They are best used for crests and small logos as they can be heavy and rigid when larger.
Be warned they can damage waterproof and stretchy fabrics!
Referred to as EMB within Kit Designer
Printed
A great alternative to embroidered logos.
Great for intricate logos and tiny lettering.
The best option on our lightweight garments, is printed logos are lighter!
We provide printing in Screen Print, Screen Print Heat Transfer & Cad Cut Heat Transfer.
Sublimation
The advantage of fully sublimated garments is that you can add as many logos, names, or numbers as you want at no added cost!
The logos are in effect printed onto the garment with the whole of the design so it adds no weight or comfort issues.
Other Options for your logo type are:- Woven, 3d/4d heat transfer, Reflective, Rubber and Silicon logos
